I agreed in March of 2023 that I would hire *************** to replace my roof due to hail damage.In May of 2023, I signed a contract and they were paid in full for services to be done. In the payment was money to be given to the solar company for removing and reattachment of solar panels.This is now, February 23, ***************************************** attempted.I have constantly gotten the runaround that it's going to be handled but yet, never has!Business response

RM has been in contact with the solar company to make arrangements for the removal of the solar panels, once that is done we will start working on the Roof. We are waiting for an ETA from the solar company for the removal.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because: There was nothing false about the complaint of perceived flaw in roof and gutter installation reported. They sent ***** to investigate the gutter overflow and their response ignored that and instead documented the difficulty of dealing with representive ************* who would answer any question with an unfulfilled promise and cross out and initial any disputed item in the proposal. Then he came to see me with a "boss" who said the tile was ordered and convinced me to give them a ***** deposit. Their response stated they "completed all work" which is false since new gutters were not installed as specified in the proposal.
Summary:
The first indication of poor quality was the sub-contractor who put a dumpster on the driveway which leaked a lot of thick black oil which they finally cleaned off after 2 weeks of excuses. There would have been no leaks into the house if it was a quality installation. They are a "storm chaser" with people just operating on cell phones to get insurance assignment and subcontract every part of work.
After their continued lies and unfuliflled promises I have no trust in this company and do not want them on my property. A minimum payment of $1000 would allow me to get an opinion on the gutter failureInitial Complaint

On December 20, 2021, I agreed to let Restoremasters complete the roof install on my ***** sq ft shop. After many months of back and forth with numerous different people, they finally completed the roof on May 23, 2023. I have had to call them several times due to screws missing and tin flapping, and major leaks still. After getting another professional to look at the roof, we found that Restoremasters lapped the tin the wrong way and a few other infractions. I am tired of having to call to report that more repairs need to be made and not getting anywhere. I want ******* fixed the right way, I do not have the time or the patience to keep dealing with this situation.Business response

on Nov 14th 2023 We received the Complaint and **************** with *************** reached out same day to ***************************** on Nov 14th 2023, *** spoke with ********* and she was very understanding that we are going back out to fix the leaks that she is having. *** let her know that we will get with **** and ***** who went out on 10/26/23 on behalf of RM to get a resolution on the correct repairs needed. We have informed ********* that plan on fixing said leaks and she said ok.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have not heard from anyone since Nov 15th. *** called me on Nov 14th and again on the 15th. No follow *** since. I was told they would be there Nov 27th. I have no idea if anyone went out there or not.Customer response
