I received an offer to purchase my family's home from a company called HomeGo. The letter was addressed to my sibling who passed away a few years ago. My sibling was never the owner of the property, the property is occupied, and the letter was sent to my address which is not the property address. To say that the information gathered in this proposal is unsettling is an understatement. This equates to trolling. And I find this to be an invasion of personal information. I would like the information to be removed from this business immediately.

I've read the reviews of this company after receiving a letter in the mail from them. It read in the letter to go to a website to opt out of mailing which is ridiculous. My complaint is with the data collecting this company is doing when you have actual contact with this company. I see it as an invasion of privacy. They can chop down all the trees around them and mail them to me one envelope at a time all they want but I'm still not going to contact them to tell them to quit mailing letters.

Hi ****, we have successfully removed you from our mailing list and you will no longer receive letters from us in the future. We understand it can be frustrating to receive letters after requesting to be removed from our mailing list and we apologize for that. The normal process can take 60 to 90 days because letters are already being printed and we are not always able to stop them from being mailed. However, we will do everything we can to speed this up for you. Again, we are sorry for the frustration we caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please let us know if we can provide any further assistance.

If this company chooses to stalk people, ride by their house and take pictures, I feel like they should include the name and address of every employee when they send threatening letters. If you would not be comfortable with me having your address where I can look up where your kids go to school and sit outside your house taking pictures as they get off the bus, then why do you think I should be okay with this? They lie about getting the pictures from ******* I saw people taking pictures in front of my house and the picture in the letter is not on ******* They are lyers and stalkers and should be brought up on charges or have their addresses published to strangers just like they are doing. They should be harassed every day until they give in and sell a property that they worked and earned and paid every ***** for just so some scum company can low ball them and make profit. If you have to harass people into doing business with you, your company must be pretty awful. Stop being such greedy, scumbags invading people's privacy.

This predatory "business" regularly sends my photos of my home and offers to "purchase more property in your neighborhood." I was told online that mailings would take 90 days to stop. I was told on the phone that mailings would take 60 days to stop. These insanely predatory marketing practices are blatant attempts by non-locals to profit off the gentrification of our neighborhood.

On 09/13/2022, I received another mail communication with a picture of my home showing through window of it. In addition, I am receiving calls again regarding the sale of my home. I've asked this company numerous times to cease all communications via mail and phone calls. They ignored my request which is now harassment bullying. I've not one time play a for sale sign nor did I contact this company for the purpose of selling my home. I've had previous mailing mark "Return to Sender" but continue to ignore my request.
