I paid $480 back in July 2023 for dance material such as shoes , jackets , bags , etc . Here it is December 22,2023 and I still havent received anything . I asked her to produce the things I paid for or a refund and I received neitherBusiness response

We apologize for how you feel, however there are no refunds per the contract and per prior communication that has been attached their jogger sets have arrived, you were notified and your response was to let you know when everything arrives so you can pick up the girls things.

I hate to be this person but I feel like I have been more than patient and I dont want this to happen to any other mamas.I moved here about two months ago and decided to enroll my daughter in dance since she danced at her former school. She was interested in joining majorette competition teams specifically. I found a team, *************, and immediately enrolled her. They had practice every day, mostly lasting 3-5 hours at a time. I also gave the coach ***** $250+ for gear which was never recieved (going on 4 months now). When competitions came about they were Ill prepared and did not know the routines efficiently. She reuses the same uniforms that they are not able to keep even though we pay and fundraise for uniforms.Needless to say we immediately switched teams. she refuses to give money back despite not having proof of gear being ordered or any updates on shipment. she stole over $250 and has ignored me and my sister, who also enrolled her daughter got her money stolen from her as well.She couldnt even show me proof of purchase and its been 4 months. If she didnt she didnt place the order yet, that means that the money has not been used for what she said it was for and she is withholding it. Which is not what was stated in the contract. If the vendor has scammed the director out of money, that is still not my problem and should be reimbursed for items unless she placed the order with a different vendor . Something that also isnt in the contract. I should not be at a loss due to her negligence. These parents accusing me of lying just cant think for themselves and tolerate the behavior. Something I will not do. Also, my sister DID NOT sign that contract, yet she still wont give her the money back either nor does she have any merchandise.Customer response
