My family and I are new to ** and we wanted to try a few of the chicken places, so we went to Golden Chick. And this was on 6/25/24, as well as 6/22, and lastly on 6/27. Ok the first time we went on 6/22 everything was ok. But we ordered through the drive-thru on 6/25, and in that order we didn't receive any cutlery. And in that order, they shorted me 6 chicken tenders and 4 catfish fillers or what they wanna call fillets. So after that I made a complaint on their corporate headquarters and a store mgr. called me and they didn't give a name the person I was on the phone with. They said I'm the store mgr and if you have the receipt I'll go ahead and remale your whole order. So I went back up there to see if they'd honor their words and I got so much attitude from the drive-thru girl and some of the order employees that worked there. She yelled and said Oh no we're not gone do that order over again all you get is what we missed on the order. She accused me of coming up thwr a d beating pn their doors and windows, I told the disrespectful, unprofessional girl I don't stuff like that and I don't have time for the nonsense. And I pulled off and came home and proceeded to make my complaints w=BBB and the attorney general's office.Business response

I met with ******************* at our *********** location. She did provide a copy of her receipt, which I told her was unnessary. Upon reviewing her receipt, I confirmed that she did receive exactly what she paid for. The team member must not have gotten her order correct.
I replaced her entire meal that she had spent $84.00, plus the extra chicken tenders and pieces of catfish.
I am condient ************** was satisified.
