      Horrible communication.! I took a full day off to ensure Ill be at my house for the service that was supposed to be provided. Waited all day. Called at 11am. Someone ensured that a tech will call. No call. Called at 3:30pm to learn that someone called me at 12:19pm. I have been by my phone waiting for this tech. I have no call on my phone and no message/voicemail Now they want to charge me after hour fee. This is not fair and just to someone who took time off for this service that is still not provided! People can write on notes saying they called and not call at all. I should not be penalized and talked to rudely due to this miscommunication!

      This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I called about a plumbing issue & the lady I spoke to over the phone immediately said it was a freeze break. I asked for an explanation how a 2 year old pipe would freeze break after I took all the steps they suggested to prevent it. After a discussion, she agreed to have a plumber come take a look. 2 Plumbers arrived, an older one and a younger one. The older one glanced in the direction of the hose bib for about 1 second, turned back & said it was a freeze break but that I was already told that over the phone. He was about 6 feet away from the bib, did not touch it, turn it on or do a thorough inspection. He proceeded to say the only way it could have freeze broke is if the hose was attached. I explained the hose has been in the garage since November & the unit had been covered since January. He persisted to tell me that wasn't possible & with his experience, it only broke because the hose was attached. I immediately called the manager & told her what happened & to never send that technician back to my house. Our builder's warranty supervisor called them to mediate the unresolved issue since the plumber refused to do an inspection. He had them call me back to schedule another inspection. The scheduler tried to get me to pay for them to come out for a 2nd inspection when the 1st inspection was never done. My warranty supervisor quickly fixed this. They asked if anyone over 18 would be at the home. I replied yes, my sister in law would be and they said that was fine. They sent the same older gentleman (after I said not to) out to my home. When he arrived, my sister in law answered the door. The plumber refused to do the inspection because my sister in law was "too young". She is 27. I am 26. So would he have refused service for me? Why did he not ask for her drivers' license? I am very worried that he refused service because she is noticeably a transgender woman. Very frustrating experience. STAY AWAY.
