On 11/4/23 I was treated by a manager of Tropical Smoothie Cafe rudely. I came to enjoy a free smoothie with the promotional campaign they have for their tropic fan fest all week (10/30/23-11/5/23). I am a regular customer who is also a ********************** rewards member. This week each time I have purchase a food item on November 2nd & November 3rd I have received a free smoothie. The total of my order each time was $5.19. Upon checking out on November 4th my order total for the same order was higher. When communicating this to the manager checking me out she said that she would not give me the same price as I previously received. Because I did not agree with her resolution and expressed especially as a loyal customer I should be treated better they refuse to speak to me about it and threaten to call police. This is not how anyone should be treated. This is wrong and dangerous.Customer response

All of this occurred on November 4th, 2023 when a tropical smoothie employee refused to honor a deal they were running that offered a free smoothie with the purchase of a food item. Promotion period: October 31November 5. Earlier that week, I had received the promotion without any problems at all. But on this specific day they refuse to give me the offer, and the meal was more expensive than the $5.19 I had previously spent on November 2 and November 3.
My problem was not addressed or resolved. I requested a resolution from "Antonio," the manager of Tropical Smoothie, but he refused to provide one. He threatened to contact the police and report me for trespassing if I did not leave their property.
