      Worst insurance company ever. They denied my claim last year because their driver would not cooperate with them. A whole year later and she finally responded and took fault. My cars been in the shop two weeks now and its taken them two weeks to respond to the shops supplement request! Theyre trying to negotiate with the repair shop because they want to get away with paying for the cheapest parts and paying part of the labor the shop charges. My car was brand new, 2 days old at the time of the accident and now because they took this long to take the claim, they say my car is a year old now and no longer newtrying to justify them wanting to go cheap! Not to mention when I told them they were shady, their supervisor started criticizing my insurance company saying they were shady because of such and such reason. Very unprofessional group of people.

      They attempted to advise their client to say they didn't hit my car despite a police report showing they did...then sent a check for $600.10 when my bumper needs to be replaced and painted...very dishonest business practice...I have contacted them to ensure I get the money necessary for the repairs.

      Alinsco is the worst, their customer hit our vehicle and now they said they won't cover. I said, if the vehicle is covered under the insurance, you'll need to pay. She kept saying that's not how our rules work. I said, show me your rules, and she said I shouldn't be showing you the rules. They won't take responsibility

      The review submitted is not from an Alinsco client. Even though this is not our client that we represent, we are pleased to provide an answer to the complaint from this party that has not made a purchase of our services.

      The claim was reported on 05/18/2023 with a date of loss of 5/18/2023.  Alinsco promptly obtained the complainants and insureds recorded statement by05/19/2023. It was determined at that time the driver driving the insured vehicle at the time of the loss was an excluded driver from the policy. This means there is no coverage while this person is driving the vehicle.

      Alinsco contacted the third party complainant on 5/22/2023 and advised the claim would be denied because the excluded driver was driving the vehicle at the time of the loss. The third party complainant was not happy with the decision and advised she would be taking further action.

      As of today this claim has been denied and closed with nothing further needed from Alinsco.

The information herein is provided by Alinsco Insurance Group MGA, **** (Alinsco), as a managing general agent for the Alinsco Insurance Company. The review submitted is not from an Empower client. Even though this is not our client that we represent, we are pleased to provide an answer to the complaint from this party that has not made a purchase of our services. The complainant states that Alinsco has failed to handle the claim timely. Alinsco will provide a timeline of events which affirms that the claim was handled promptly and properly. The claim was reported on 3/10/2022. Alinsco immediately contacted the third party complainant and obtained a recorded statement. At that time, Alinsco advised that a statement from the Alinsco insured and a copy of the Police Report were needed in order to complete the investigation. The Alinsco insured responded on 3/24/2022 and provided a statement. Alinsco contacted the complainant on 3/31/2022 and advised that a copy of the Police Report was needed as there was conflicting facts. The police Incident Report was received on 4/13/2022. Alinsco immediately completed the investigation and determined that the third party complainant was the proximate cause of the loss. The third party complainant was advised of the denial both verbally and in writing. The claim is properly denied and closed with no further action needed from Alinsco

      Unprofessional! If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would. I have never been able to get the same information any time I have called. I'm constantly given another number or extension to call! They clearly need to train their employees better. I have been given misinformation NUMEROUS times and when I call and ask about it I was basically told that it wasn't their problem!!!!! BEWARE if using this company!!!

      I started a policy with Alinsco on 11/16/2021 and received my policy documents on 11/17/2021. These documents were the only correspondence that I received from Alinsco. A call came in from a person with Freeway on yesterday 12/6/2021 saying that my policy will cancel if I didn't provide pictures of my vehicle. I told him that was the first that I've heard of this but to call me back because I was at work. He said he would call me back 30 minutes later, but he never did so I called the number and was placed on hold. The automated system then told me to press #1 to leave a voice mail. I did that and I left 2 messages again today and no one has called me. I eventually selected another prompt and waited and someone came on the line. I explained to her what was going on and she told me to send the photos in and I did that. She placed me on hold for a while and said she would speak to the insurance company. The insurance company, Alinsco said they stopped writing policies on 12/3/2021. My policy was canceled because I didn't send information in that was requested but I never received and email or a letter via ***** I then asked for a refund and I was told they could not provide one....This is not right! I paid $190 for the down payment and have not had my policy a month yet. There is no way I would have paid almost $200 and not followed through with what I needed to send in. Please help!

The following is submitted by the Alinsco Insurance in response to your complaint.The complainant states that she started a policy with Alinsco Insurance on 11/16/2021 and received policy documents on 11/17/2021. The complainant further states that she received a call on 12/06/2021 from a person from Freeway Insurance advising her policy will cancel if she didnt provide pictures of her vehicle. The complainant states that she was at work and asked the person to call her back, but the person never did. The complainant had to call them back and after leaving messages and holding on the line, someone answered but advised that her policy canceled because she did not send the requested information. The complainant says she paid $190 on the down payment and did not have the policy for even a month.Ms. ******* ***** purchased an Alinsco Insurance policy through her independent sales agent, Freeway Insurance Services, on 11/16/2021. The policy application was electronically signed and a down payment of $190.00 was received by Alinsco Insurance. This policy also included several discounts when it was purchased, including, but not limited to: 24 months prior insurance, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) discount, preferred driver discount, and full disclosure discount.On 11/24/2021 Alinsco Insurance sent a notice to Ms. ******* ***** and to her independent sales agent Freeway Insurance Services advising them that pictures were needed for both vehicles listed on the policy and that the policy would cancel if pictures were not received by Alinsco Insurance before 12/06/2021. An additional notice was also sent to both Ms. ******* ***** and to Freeway Insurance Services requesting proof of 24-month prior insurance since no proof was submitted to Alinsco Insurance and advising that the 24-month discount had been removed.On 12/06/2021 Ms. ******* ***** policy canceled for underwriting reasons since photos were not received by Alinsco Insurance. The policy canceled pro-rata which takes in consideration the policy dates of coverage, the policy premium, any increase in policy premium due to losing discounts, fully earned and non-refundable fees, and once policy canceled, there was no refund due to Ms. ******* *****. If Ms. ******* ***** has further questions she may contact Alinsco **************** at ************ or her independent sales agent, Freeway Insurance Services.

      Empower insurance group sent me a Auto Insurance Final Bill When My policy was canceled on 10/15/2021 and opened on 9/15/2021 1 month of insurance coverage I paid the 327 required for the first month why is there additional charges of 681 well according to them my insurance agent didn't send documents required so the issue is between empower and Verax why do I need to pay for their lack of communication?? Not fair that company's can just threaten to send you to collections because they want extra money as a consumer do not use this insurance
