We have been waiting a little over 4 months to be refunded $200.00 we placed to hold a vacant apartment at that time. We chose not to move forward with them and requested our $200 back and they have been giving us the run-around for the past 4 months. We just want our money back.Initial Complaint

On May 21, 2023 i started having issues with My Apartments A/C unit At Rio Grande Ranch Apartment, report was made to the office, they came in and checked it, but their only solution was to place an A/C window unit in the Main Bedroom. I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. This A/C unit has gotten me and my daughter sick, we have not been able to stay in the apartment for the past weeks due to the heat inside, temperatures as shown in the pictures below are how you see them daily. My food in the pantry has been getting rotten, my microwave inside has gotten full of mold due to the extreme heat we have in the building. I have contacted management so many times and all they do is say they do not know anything of when New A/C unit will get here. It is so unprofessional that this person called manager in the office is so rude and does not know how to handle these types of problems. I am in desperate need of finding help with this problem, especially because i have a small child and these high temperatures outside are just making the apartment feel way hotter. I would appreciate if someone would help me with this problem since it has been going on for weeks. Thank you for the attention.
