Date of 4 day Silva Mind training: 6/27 to 6/30 Location: *********, *********: Homewood Hilton Facilitator: *********************** Class details: 5 women - paid full tuition 3-returning grads - did not pay tuition 4 - teenagers Issue: I've been a corporate trainer for *************************************************************** a recent Silva training. "Unequal treatment of trainees"Over the two days that I attended; i observed that ****** engaging with male and teen attendees. But when a woman would ask a question, he would often dismiss them by saying "trust the process" or "you have resistance" Women were given less time, attention and focus than the men and teens. Even though the women were the only ones who were paying full tuition."Lack classroom control" - recent grad kept interrupting session to share his very long-winded, expansive, insights. "Use of professional time, to promote personal agendas" - used too much group time to engage with his own kids. Spent too much time promoting a water system."Disorganized in presentation of content"The facilitator did not clearly state objectives or introduce topics or transition to next topic in a clear and logical way. He would just start talking about a topic, jump around in sharing his ideas. People would get confused; he would waste time trying to clarify. Much of the delays in the classroom could have been resolved, if he would learn the basics of how to present content to adults. Or even if he would have just followed an outline and refer to the book to anchor the ideas. He was very disorganized in his presentation.

Cancellation Policy
Please do not register yourself for this event unless you are absolutely 100% sure and committed you will attend. See below for very strict no-show penalties. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call or email the Silva ************** at least 7 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A $75 fee will apply. Previously transferred tickets are not eligible. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact us.
