      I ordered a product online July 17 2024 it is now August 17 2024 still have not received any product. This was paid for the same day with a credit card, I have emailed numerous times with no response, I have tried to call with no answer at all. I tried ******** messenger and it sent me to their email on the website . Received a confirmation email on day of order but that was the last communication, sorry to see that this is a veteran run business as I served in the ************.

      I have a similar issue as ************ I placed an order for grille lights for my 2019 RAM on Sep 12, 2023 and the installation went fairly easy. Everything was working great and I was extremely happy. Then in January 2024, one stopped working and I emailed them for support on Jan 27, 2024. They responded on Jan 31, 2024 asking for pictures so I sent them pictures of the wiring and both lights. They responded on the same day and apologized for the failure and said they'd get out a replacement that week. On Feb 22, 2024, I requested an update on the replacement status since I had heard nothing and did not receive the replacement. They again responded the same day and said they would ship the following Monday when the batch was completed being built. Since then, I have sent 7 emails requesting status on the replacement beginning on Feb 29, 2024 and have heard nothing. This is complete c*** and would never recommend dealing with this company. Considering next steps

      Terrible product and customer service experience. Dishonest Practices Place an order in Aug. 2023 for front Grille DRL for a 2023 **** Maverick.After receiving the product and attempting to install it, the product was defective.The seller requested a picture of the defective product, which I provided immediately, requesting next steps After a few email attempts and 5 days later, the seller responds that no additional action is needed and a replacement item will be sent.18 days pass and product was not received, email after the 18th day and again on 23rd day and 25th day when finally i get a 7 word response stating that product replacement last week.Never received. Placed dispute with CC company and they are working thru it. moving to legal action if not resolved.

      The customer damaged the product when installing, was sent a replacement at no cost/no questions asked, and then filed a chargeback with his bank less than a week later.
