      June 14 ***** validgrad took $102.99 For a certificate I tried to order. Not knowing how to go about ordering I messaged through their website i was given an address to look up that I could then make a custom order. I placed the order and sent two pictures asking for my certificate to look just like the picture just a different name . I also asked if before I purchase it could I see it first?, i was told yes I could preview it. The only thing I ever saw to look at was a picture of what could be a sample because I wanted custom they would not be able to show me that for a day or more. I received a ridiculous sample in the mail and could not believe they would send me something like that I could have made it myself. I immediately sent it back and got on the computer and told them I did mail it back thats not what I wanted. They could clearly see I sent two pictures of what I did want along with what I wanted them to change on it and that was only the name nothing else whoever, I spoke with said that they would try to get the team working on it right away as I needed it within an hour or two, but if not, then I just did not want it. I would be happy to pay the rest for whatever that would be just to have what I wanted to have in the beginning. Hours went by I had a preview of what they were working on but it still wasnt right so I messaged back and said its simple. Just change the name as I wanted it to look exactly the same as what I sent them in the beginning I dont know how they didnt understand that. They keep telling me they wont refund and I got what I asked for. That is not true at all I have nothing it was never done right. Maybe if there was a way to call and talk to anyone in the beginning this could have been prevented. I needed it then not now its worthless. I could have used it if it was done the way I requested in the beginning.

      Hello,

      It was communicated to the customer that the price they paid was for a standard order that they personally created. The order was sent as a standard order because of this. It was then later communicated to the customer, once the issue was brought to our attention, that the remaining balance would need to be paid in order for our business to process the custom request as we have prices to abide in order to meet the labor and time requirements it takes to create such custom requests. The customer never confirmed/advised they would pay the remaining balance and because of this, their custom order was not created however the standard order was provided as this is what she paid for. The customer created a standard document and as such paid the price of a standard document (transaction attached). We have a refund policy we abide by and as such since the customer was provided the order they created on our website, we will not refund this order. We apologize for the inconvience although it was communicated to the customer multiple times that her custom request would be processed immediately upon receiving the remaining balance that was needing to be paid.

      I was asked to pay the difference which I said I would be happy to do .

      They have all the history from our conversation they could send it if they really wanted to.

      As I stated before I was messaging with one of them so I could get help with how to do it .

      I was sent a link to do a custom order. When I saw I didn't get what I wanted I started messaging again.

      When I told the person I was messaging about how I sent two pictures in case the first didn't go through in the picture I sent originally with this complaint, at the top of the picture it says," This Picture?"  So, I know they did get it and they have the messages from our conversation. I have gotten nothing but a headache from this. I would have rather gave that money away to a homeless person than to a place like this. I am very disappointed.

      Hello,

      the customer never stated they were willing to pay the remaining balance for our business to complete their custom request therefore business was seized until that transaction was to occur and the customer confirmed they were willing to pay that remaining balance. A refund was and will not be issued per our refund policy due to the customer creating, ordering, and receiving a standard order in which that was the price paid. No further responses will be provided on this matter.

      It's clearly in the messaging that I was happy to pay whatever I needed to pay, See attached pictures previously sent. IFI paid them for a custom certificate WHY on earth would I send them a picture or two for that matter of a certificate I WANTED it to look like.  If I wanted a standard one and why would I ask them how to do a custom one if I was doing a standard (Home Made) one? This is wrong. I paid $102.99 for nothing this is very wrong. I just don't know how they can't see this going over conversation from the beginning.
