I went to Healthcare Express due to high temperature. I paid $75 on arrival. They ran several tests and determined it was Covid. This was on 2/26/23. My health insurance issued a statement 3/17/23 that they were covering the entire cost so there would be no cost to me. I assumed I would receive a refund from Healthcare Express. After hearing nothing for so long, I went to their business today, 5/19/23 to check on refund. They told me they owed me the money but I had waited too long to ask for refund so it would be carried as a credit on my account. This is second time I have used them in two years so it is not likely I will be able to use that credit, especially after this incident. There is no dispute about this other than they should have refunded my money earlier, but they should definitely return my money now.Business response

Good afternoon,
We just received the notice of this complaint at our administrative office. We immediately reached out to Mr. ***** via telephone and have corrected this issue and confirmed his correct address to mail his refund. The information he received is not our policy and I let Mr. ***** know that his refund was being processed and would be sent out by mail by the end of the week. We regret that this was an issue for one of our patients and hopefully restored his confidence in our company.
