  I purchased a set of 4 wheel spacers for my truck from their website but only received 2. Seconds after placing the order, I called them to confirm. During our 12 minute conversation they never mentioned they only come in pairs of 2. They was fully aware I have 4 wheels on my vehicle and every vehicle on the road. No where in the description does it say quantity of 2. It says wheels spacers. One would think that's a set of 4 since every vehicle has 4 wheels. I called them right away when I received them and they said they could sell me another set of 2 and ship them right away. They previously stated these were custom made to order, but now they have 2 ready to ship?? They offered no resolution and no help at all. Blatant misrepresentation to further sales. Should be illegal to do than.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/11) */ This case was closed in our favor via PayPal on 2/26/2022 - Case ID: PP-D-142501729 The customer incorrectly thinks they have paid for and purchased an order of 2 pairs of wheel spacers (Qty 2). The order was actually made for 1 pair of wheel spacers (Qty 1). See the custom order page, F-A-Q Page, & terms and conditions / Return Policy agreed to at time of purchase. This order was executed perfectly to what the customer has ordered. There was an Offer made to build another pair for the customer at same price, which he declined. It is not uncommon for customers to only buy 2 wheels spacers (qty 1), in cases where only 2 wheels need to be spaced for clearance purposes. The customer goes on to admit that we did in fact offer him a solution in making another pair of spacers at the same price. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/03/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) PayPal sided with me but had to deny the case because the seller stated these was custom made. PayPal doesn't have buyer protection for custom made orders. Which tells me they know about the loop hole from previous experience. They also just admitted that you can find the quantity info in FAQ section of they website. Very misleading and bad business. I've never had to go to a different page to find what quantity I'm ordering from any business. It's always stated in the description so this doesn't happen. Of course they offer to send another set of 2 for $175 that doubles their profits. We have already extended our offer to resolve the customers mistake, by making another pair at the same price as the first. The same price any pair of spacers would cost. We at US Wheel Adapters take pride in our work, and are glad to put another pair of spacers out the door for the customer at the same price as the original order. Don't try to put the blame on me, just own it. Why don't you just add a quantity to the actual description page so people don't have to go to the FAQ page to find out. Blows my mind you think this is normal. Says a lot about your character. I'm trying to help other people at this point. I threw your spacers in the trash and ordered a set from a different company. Guess how many I received from them???
