07/07/2024 yesterday was my granddaughter's birthday. Our party was scheduled from 6 pm to 8 pm. 30 minutes into the party the life guard asked everyone to get out due to lightning. So we all went under the covered deck. Within minutes the storm got worse. The party was forced to leave due to downpour of rain. We packed up and left property by or before 7 pm. I called this morning to request for a make up day or partial refund. The manager was not very understand at all. He said he wished customers would read the rules on back of the receipt. I will never ever have another party due to management. Didn't seem at all willing to make this right.
