On 9/11/2023, Lufkin Ford provided an oil change and tire rotation. In the process of rotating the tires, they stripped a lug nut and a stud on my 2008 **** Focus. When I called to ask how it happened, I was told that heat caused the parts to swell. I talked to the shop about getting it fixed, and I was told that the stud was only $7. When I asked them about how much it would cost to replace the stud that they broke, I was told by ********* that she would need to ask her supervisor. They never even called back.Business response

On Monday September 11, 2023, Lufkin Ford's Mobile Service went out to ****** ISD and provided complementary oil changes for the faculty and staff.
****************** vehicle was serviced by our mobile Technician, during the service event and a lug nut and stud got stripped. We assured ************** it was safe to drive, and we would take care of it. We picked up his car from his ****** ISD, brought it to our dealership and performed the repair at no charge to him and returned his vehicle back to him.
