I ordered an item from their website (Aries Farmhouse Nightstand) back in Dec of 2021. They reached out to check on whether or not I wanted a different color scheme. I told them "no". They then sent an email on 1/26/2022 to say the item shipped. They gave me a tracking number. After a few days (what they said would be the shipping period), I checked and the tracking number said the item never shipped (just the label was created).I reached out on 2/8 to say the item never arrived. Weeks went by and then they said it was "stuck on the dock" but would be to me by that Friday. It never showed up. I've reached out at least 30 times to them (they do not have a phone listed so I have been emailing via my personal account and via their website).They finally responded on 3/15 with "Yikes!! We shipped this awhile back. Were on spring break but let me make some phone calls." I have not heard from them since - despite asking for additional tracking information and/or a refund.I feel like this is some sort of "bait and switch" - that they hope I will just give up and they get to keep the money.Very frustrating.Business response

We immediatly refunded his $289.00 when we returned from spring break. I had mentioned to him this in an email and told him that we didn't need any threats but never heard back from him. We are a small family business and unlike fortune 500 companies we are not constantly glued to the computer to answer any emails back right away. However, when we did return we followed up with him and sent his refund and closed this matter. We never heard back from him.
One of the things we are working on is hiring more people and getting a bigger shop so that we can meet our customers expectations with customer service as well as the timeline to ship.
