Back in August I placed an order for trophies,some came dismantled and others simply broken. I have contacted the compnay several times via email including pictures, they have not responded.Business response

Im not even asking for money I was asking to be acknowledged for the past 2 months. If this is how you treat your customers please consider me and my company a former.. its ironic how payment is quickly debited but a concern is not address .. if you are on yelp or BBB there will be a formal complaint filed. This is unsatisfactory!

I did send pictures previously , each trophy had stars attached to the tip of the person.. we had 20 of those that were broken off .. trophies came in pieces and grooves were aligned.

This is ***. I have been looking into this matter. I am truly sorry that the ball was dropped on this issue with you. I personally take full responsibility. The person that you were communicating with is no longer with the company. I just need to know exactly how many were damaged and I will get you a refund for those. Again, I apologize for not double checking to make sure that all of customers were being taken care of while I was out with Covid.

I am rejecting this response because:I have emails responses.. i attached screenshots they never received but never disclosed that in response. Passed the blame in a ****** and let me-know they had covid.

We would like to get this resolved. We can not issue a refund without the pictures of the damage and the quantity that were damaged.
