We hired Allied Fence and Security to install a fence and gate in our backyard in October 2022. The installation and fence was fine but the gate has started to fall apart and cannot close or lock after a couple months, though we rarely used it and there was no external or weather damage. Allied provided us with a 2 year craftsmanship warranty so we asked to have it fixed in June 2023. They have not fixed yet though they acknowledged it needed repair, that they would repair it and that it falls under the provisions of the warranty. We have numerous texts and emails to prove this from multiple employees. When we contact them they do not respond or ask us if they installed it, though we the original email that have used to contact and reply includes the invoice. We would like them to repair the fence gate and honor their warranty. Nothing more or nothing less. We are not happy with their customer service but we're more concerned about having a functional gate that locks, which is what we paid for. We have photos, texts and emails to support our case. Note the invoice has total cost and doesn't separate what the gate fee may have been. That's the way they sent it to us.
