On 06-01-2022 I bought a sundae at the location at ******************************************************. I bought this shortly before the closing time of the store. Because of this, I asked (before buying) if I could still eat it inside. The woman said yes. Then after I had paid and begun eating, another employee said I would have to leave after all. I said I would like my money back, since I wouldn't have bought it if I wasn't able to eat it at the store. They refused to give me a refund, and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave.On June 16th I filed a complaint with the company. They did not respond to me, forcing me to contact them after a couple of months had passed, and to keep calling repeatedly in order to get a follow-up. Initially the people I spoke to made it sound as if I would be receiving a refund. Then on September 13th, they sent me an email stating that they would not give me a refund.
