I was asked to order through a touch pad machine located on the right of the counter.On the images it appeared to be a cup of larger size that was full to the brim of coffee. I ordered a flat white. The price shocked me, but I went ahead and ordered anyway because it says it's specialty coffee. It's not. $8.50 including tip for a micro sized flat white that was half empty. I felt like it was false advertisement and it was theft of my money. Too expensive to start with and it did NOT at all meet my expectations based on the advertisement photo. I was told this small size is the only size they have for hot coffee. The machine did not specify that. That employee should have told me that it will be a tiny size. It looked like a coffee sample to me. It was also only half full which really angered me. I feel mislead and disappointed. On a side note they offer fluffy pancakes for$19.00!! I could not believe that when I saw it. I would like to get my money refunded.
