I have used Enhanced Views Lawn treatments for many years and had no issues. For the 2023 season, I prepaid for the year (as I did the previous year). I was to receive 7 applications. I also prepaid for the annual fire ant treatment. Paid $204.59 by check on 2/6/23 and credit card $1630.88 on 3/20/23. I did not receive lawn application 7 and I never received the fire ant treatment I paid for.I have called and texted numerous times with no response except for one text on 11/28/23 stating that **** would be back in the office the next day and would contact me "first thing in the morning". After not hearing from him, I texted 12/6, 12/7, 12/19 asking for a follow up. No response.On 1/2/24, I was emailed an invoice from Enhanced Views for $181.21. I replied back and asked what it was for. No response. On 1/8/24, I used same email account asking again for the fire ant treatment and the outstanding lawn application. No response. Several days later, I then used the request form on the Enhanced Views website to restate the issue and ask for resolution. No response.All I want is for Enhanced Views to provide the services I have prepaid for or send me a refund of $710.23 for the treatments if they will not be performing them.
