Take your pets elsewhere. Owner will physically and emotionally assault you and your pet without a care in the world.Review from Norma H

Over this past weekend (7/28/2023-7/31/2023) we dropped all three of our dogs off. We came back to pick up our pups. The owner stated that they had a dog with Pneumonia in recently AFTER we returned. We know that the sick dog was in their location, due to him speaking to the sick dogs owner over the phone when my wife was giving him the paperwork for our pups. He stated that all our pups seemed fine, and not to be concerned. Before we even got back to our home all three dogs were coughing. The coughing went through Monday night into Tuesday. Tuesday morning with our one pup just not acting normal he was rushed to a vet hospital. He was diagnosed with a server bacterial infection, and nothing could be done for him. He was euthanized last night! Our other two pups spent the entire night last night coughing again. We do have a vet appointment set up to take both in for diagnosis today, and hopefully they will be fine. And just so it is known, our pups are taken well care of by us. They are our family, and none had any issues prior to being dropped off for the weekend.Review from An Y

The front desk guy/owner has serious anger issues! I should have listened to ALL the bad reviews on him and this business. He started yelling at me because my dog was having a seizure when they took her to the back to get a nail clip. I started to record for my safety and he slapped my phone out of my hand and yelled that I was lying and that hes tired of all these people lying about him. I would post the video here if I could but please listen to the bad reviews and dont come here.Review from JL R

We boarded our babies with them for one week recently and when we picked them up their feet were all muddy, one of them has a bleeding foot and another with half of her body wet.... When I got them back in our home and all settled I noticed all of them have no appetite and two of them did not even want to eat at all, all of them also had vomiting and diarrhea for more than a week. We have sent them with their own food and treats from our home. We have boarded our pets in other facilities and this is the first time I've had all of them returning home sick... I have a friend who recently asked where I boarded our babies and I told them sadly I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.Review from Tammy S

I took my Maltipoo to be groomed. They did a great job, and were all very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are so much cheaper than the other places I have taken her.Review from Yolanda G

It was a horrible experience! We dropped our dog off at P'etcetera at 8:30am and returned at 2:40 pm in hopes he was finished being groomed within the six hour timeframe. When we returned we were told it would be another hour wait, only to be told again there would also be an additional 30-45 minute wait afterward. I checked in on our dog to see how they progressed, asking the manager about how my dog was doing due to my concern with the wait time and the inconsistencies between his review of my dog and another employee's statement. I also asked to see my dog and to speak to the groomer to get a broader perspective of the situation. The manager was viscerally angry with my questioning, yelled at me in front of two workers and my mother, and spoke to me in a confrontational manner attacking my character as being a distrustful reactor instead of a listener. He even went as far as to say that due to it being his shop he can respond in such a way. Overall the experience was time consuming and overwhelming. Our dog was not cut entirely as his face and feet were still covered in hair. His tail hair was also completely sheered off, leaving him practically hairless. We paid the full price of the hair cut even though he was unfinished as they alluded to difficulty with our dog being the issue. The owner, in-spite of the groomer's advocacy, made it clear that it may be best to not return to his facility. Would not recommend!Review from Rebecca Neria

Awful in every way! Especially customer service from the man at front desk! I took my Lab in 3 different times and walked out bothered each time but the last time was the worst! I went in to drop my dog off and asked 2 questions. All I got was an "IDK" from the guy and he even said "just pay attention to your dog and see" no help! I asked about redness on her belly and about the hair length on a new puppy I just got. With him being in the business I would think he could advise me but nope. I get home and decide to look at reviews because I wanted to see if anyone else felt the way I did about his customer service and low and behold there were plenty saying exactly how I felt. I decided to go get my dog before they start because I was upset. I get her and start to kindly tell him about my interactions with him and how I won't be returning and he cuts me off and starts yelling, being very loud and aggressive and mean! I could barely get a word in. He basically called me stupid and yelled that he didnt care how i felt! He definitely has anger issues and ruins the company with his horrible customer relations. The service is not good but he makes it not worth going AT ALL!P'etcetera Boarding & Grooming Response

This is not an honest assessment of our interaction. When Ms. ***** initially called to make the appointment, she inquired about an area on her dog's stomach that looked red to her. She also stated that she didn't know if it was new or had always been there, and then asked me what it was. I informed her that 1) We are not a Veterinary Hospital, 2) that I would have absolutely no guess until I actually saw her dog, and that 3) If she felt like it was an allergy, we do have shampoos on hand that could relieve that sort of irritation. When she came in for her appointment, she again asked me if I would look at the spot we had discussed on the phone. I told her yes and took her dog back to be bathed. When I returned Ms. ***** was waiting for me and asked what I thought. I informed her that I had just taken her dog back to be checked in and that we would look at it before her bathing process had begun. She then stated she had a question. She said," I have a 7 week old puppy, Auggie. Should I have his hair cut?". This I believe is where everything went south. As that is all the information she gave me, I just sat there looking at her with what I'm sure was a less than enthusiastic look on my face, wondering how exactly I was supposed to give her an answer without knowing the breed, the current length of the dog's hair, what kind of shape the dog is in, and how exactly she wanted the dog to look. As this was a lengthy pause, I'm sure my frustrations with her were more obvious than not. She's already asked me to diagnose her dog, fully aware that I do not practice veterinary medicine, and now wants me to tell her if she should cut her dog's hair without ANY pertinent knowledge of the dog in question. I'm only human, and my face clearly showed my defeated reaction. However, I went on to ask Ms. ***** what breed the dog was. When she told me, I said I don't know. I've never heard of that breed. Then I began to Google images of the breed so I could make an informed opinion. My response was not "IDK", as she stated in her review. I relayed what I saw by telling her that it looks like some have shorter hair while others have longer hair and that it would be personal preference. Ms. ***** then said, "Ok.' and left. She returned about an hour later and asked if I would return her dog to her. I said absolutely and retrieved her for her. When I sat down, Ms. ***** said I want to tell you that I will not be returning. I have been here 4 times and you are rude and dismissive. She said that she wanted to be sure it wasn't her and read our reviews and decided it was not her, that I was definitely rude. I asked her to give me an example of how I was rude or dismissive to her during any of her visits. She could not. All she could say was that I wouldn't diagnose her dog's red spot. I again informed Ms. ***** that I was not a Vet. If she wanted a diagnosis she would need to take the dog to her Vet. I also reminded her that I told her that if it looked like an allergy irritation that I would use an appropriate shampoo and that she could keep an eye on it and see if it relieved some of the irritation. And then asked her how either response was rude or dismissive. Again, she had no rational answer. At this point in the conversation it wouldn't have mattered anyway as we were both just talking over each other and were not reaching any common ground. Her claim that I "basically called her stupid" is untrue. What I said was in response to her saying that, because I was around dogs all the time that it made sense to ask me what was wrong with her dog. My response was that that statement had zero common sense. That it's like asking your valet to diagnose your engine knock. Just because he/she is around cars all the time does not make them a certified technician with the ability to give you a reliable diagnosis. Also, not once did I yell at Ms. *****. My tone and volume did go up at points in the conversation, but that was a sort of disbelief reaction to to something she was saying, like when your shocked or baffled by a situation. At no point was I angry with Ms. *****. What she construed as aggressive and mean was actually massive disbelief and confusion. The only aggression or mean behavior in the entire conversation would have been when Ms. ***** said she would get every family member and friend to write a bad review about this business, and then began to execute that threat. To me that is aggressive and mean. Deliberately trying to ruin a business and multiple people's jobs because things didn't turn out how you thought they should. And finally to the last statement, if the service is not good, the customer relations are horrible, and I make it not worth going at all, why return 3 times? Returning just shows that you don't honestly believe those things and are now just saying them out of spite. Your complaints are unreasonable. Your accusations are dishonest. Your willingness to hurt those you don't even know is egregious at best.
