I reached out to ********************* for a concrete job. Even though he is from *******, I asked him if he could do a job for me in *******, **. He said absolutely and that he had guys out there that could do it. From the get go, his communication was poor and his guys never showed up. He then had to hire more guys to do the labor. Once we got ready to pour, he then changed the concrete supplier the day of and delayed everything once again. Once it was all poured, we went out ways. A month later I get a call from the concrete supplier, HMAT. They asked if I paid ***** and I said I paid him months ago. They then said they going to be filing a lien on me and him for the supply. Which comes out to $22,997.78. I have continuously called and texted him and he has ignored me. The amount I paid ***** was $31,798.50 which included materials and labor.

Gave deposit on $20,000.00 for roofing repair subsequent to hail damage on Sep. 14 2022. On Oct. 21 2022 through text message communication, when asked ************** lied and stated that material had been ordered. After many excuses and delays ************** was asked on Jan. 6 2023 to provide an invoice for material. Invoice was provided 3 days later on Jan. 9 2023 indicating an order date of Jan.6 2023.************** has since ceased communication, attorneys are sending Dan's roofing a demand letter with 30 days in which to return deposit funds. If that demand letter is not responded to and deposit returned then litigation steps will be filed civilly in Midland county as well as an investigation opened in ******* county to determine if prosecution is warranted.Business response

I hired Dan's Roofing to install metal siding on my home. They started in February 2021 and now 11 months later the job is not finished. The work that has been done is not quality work either. The workers doing the job had no idea what they were doing. For example, no base trim has been installed, the workers put no metal flashing around windows, and instead of removing the old wood siding in some places they simply screwed the metal siding on top of the old siding. Also with the many wind storms that happen in west Texas, panels of metal siding have been torn off as screws were not anchored in studs. The list of mistakes goes on and on.Business response
