I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who contracted *************************** with Beyond Billing Services to credential with 5 different insurance panels on August 3rd, 2023. This process typically takes up to 120 days per panel. I had no issue getting successfully on 4/5 contracted insurance panels. I would regularly ask for updates for *****, who she warned me would take the longest so I trusted her. She told me in December she would have her partner check on *****, no word. I kept following up and eventually she told me on January 10th "Aetna at this time is backlogged in their credentialing department. When I last called they stated that you were in the final stages of credentialing in the contracting phase. I can call back out in the morning for a more current update but I have not received any contracts via email from Aetna to date." After no word from her, I called Aetna on April 29th who told me there was no application. I called her immediately and she applied through a third party "pro vault" and would send me the confirmation number for the application within the hour. I have emailed, texted, and called her a multitude of times since that time and heard nothing. I called every number and emailed everyone at her company, nothing. I found a way to log into the "pro vault" where she applied and have attached a screenshot where she initiated the application but did not complete. I paid $85 for the panel, but have lost a considerable amount by not being on the panel with clients I see at a reduced rate who cannot pay the contracted amount with Aetna. I applied myself over the weekend to Aetna to get the process started, which should take 120 days. I would like to hear from ******* directly on what happened and be reimbursed at least for the amount I paid her the application.
