  On November 29,2023 I put in a work order in for mantience to come out and change the hot water heater element and bring out a new stove I pay rent here and have cold water and no stove and a 88 year old grandmother living with me that has also had to take cold showers there discriminating tells me to call the police if I have an issue with neighbors lanlord isn't doing her job and telling my grandma cold showers are good for the soul I haven't had nothing fixed and it's been 2 weeks also dealing with harassment and called police and made reports numerous time but lanlord does nothing about harassment lived here for 2 in half years

  I'd like to address the repair mentioned by ************************* in apt 22.  We received work order on November 27, 2023 that her water was hot for a short time, then went cold.  The maintenance man reset the hot water heater and turned up the temperature.  He said it was fixed. We never received another work order stating otherwise.  She did however text me in December. He rechecked the heater and found that it had a defective element.  On that day, he learned about stove. He reported to me that hot water heater needed heating element, and she needed new stove. I ordered stove and he ordered element. On the 14th she got new stove and hot water heater was repaired.  Mind you, it stayed hot for awhile because the other element was working.  I noticed the day stove was installed and heater received final repair, she made report to y'all.  I asked ****** why she had reported us and she replied because her neighbor hit her.  I told her assault was a police matter.  No one was arrested, so after I investigated, it was found out she aims her truck at people in parking lot as if she's going to hit them. Neither tenant had proof. No further action was taken.  I never spoke to grandmother. I NEVER said cold showers good for you.  That was grandmother taking something said by maintenance out of context AFTER all repairs made. What's confusing to me is why they made report the same day repairs concluded. ****** blamed grandmother for report and grandmother said ****** made report.  Repairs WERE made in a timely manner.  We would never leave tenants without hot water or the ability to fix meals.  We are however at the mercy of our tenants to report problems appropriately on written forms.
