We purchased a sofa in store on 4/1/23 for $645 + tax and paid an extra $200 to get it delivered which they said they could do within the next week. The sales person, ***** put my significant others name and number on the tag that was on the sofa after we purchased it. We still have not received the sofa or any call to set up a delivery date. My significant other and I have repeatedly called to get answers but they either don't answer or say that they will call back with an answer later on in the day, but never do. Its now been 5 months and we just really want our money back.Business response
