New window was installed with a broken glass. Installer said he would order the new glass and replace it. Left voicemail x 1. Then have been calling the office and several other numbers I have and no one picks up the phone. Want info when the broken glass in new window will be replaced!Business response

This customer ordered eleven new windows from us. We installed all of them. One of the pieces of glass had a hairline crack in it, so we ordered a replacement glass from the manufacturer. The replacement glass was delivered to us, but it was made the wrong size on two different occasions. We spoke with the customer letting her know what was going on, and that we would call her and set up the installation once we received the glass. We got confirmation from our manufacturer this afternoon that the new glass will be delivered to our office next Thursday, October 12th. We will be in contact with her once we receive the new glass to arrange for installation.
