The property management team here is completely incompetent and predatory. The common areas are full of dog f**** and trash, and no matter how many complaints filled, nothing is done. The place reaks and is experiencing bug issues as a result. The office staff completely ignores my emails, and when I do hear from them, it's always about some issue important to them. When the time comes for anything they need to be held accountable for, they are completely un reachable. At the bare minimum, as a resident, we expect our apartment office staff to respond to our concerns. Not be completely ignored. They need to do something about the feces, it is absolutely disgusting, and a clear health violation. If they won't answer my emails, I hope they respond to yours. Thank you,

The office has been in communication with you regarding the dog feces, your renewal rate options, the new ************* process and your work orders. We also had a 1 on 1 meeting in December, I'm unsure if we missed some sort of communication from you. As far as the dog f**** go, the maintenance staff does grounds every morning to ensure our community is kept in great livable condition. We also provide doggie stations all around our community along with doggie bags. It is out of our control if they are not being used by the residents/ visitors. I believe we have responded to all of your concerns and issues while residing here. If there is anything that we may have missed or needs immediate attention, please let us know. Thank you.

      Hello,

We want to start off apologizing for the inconvenience this may have caused. We reviewed the information along with the photos taken at the time of the tow. Based on the photos, your vehicle was parked illegally by taking up two spaces and obscuring the use of another parking spot. There was enough room to fit your vehicle into one spot. The towing company is aware that if they see a vehicle that has crossed the line but attempted to park correctly, that vehicle will not get towed. In your situation, your vehicle was clearly parked directly on top of the line. Our Community Policies Addendum number 5 of the signed lease agreement states: We may have any unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles towed or booted according to state law at the owner or operators expense at any time. Open parking does not have any amenity fees unless you are renting a reserved carport or garage. You did bring up to our attention that your vehicle was damaged by the 3rd party company when it was towed, and we emailed the towing company regarding this allegation. They have responded to us and said they will be in contact with you. You may also follow the instructions provided by the towing company to dispute this tow or any alleged damages with them. If any further detailed information is needed, please let me know.

      Thank you,
