It just hit me at the end of the day I dont like the sale pitch they offer. I got pressure into buying the product without having to see the final product and just go by luck that they made the photo how I wanted. So Im paying a lot of money before the final product was presented. And what if I dont like it. Thats a lot of money down the drain. They were giving sell pitch that theres a promotion on the spot and if I were to come back and wanted the picture, that the price wont be the same.

Stop contests that lead to predatory sales tactics for pictures of people's children. As contest winners we were so excited. A photo shoot and a free print, a wish come true. We felt so special in the studio. My daughter and I watched our movie and it was beautiful. The magic ended there. The financial push to use affirm for financing was almost immediate. Wanting to know how much I was approved for seemed to be the concern. The pressure to quickly sign contracts. Never offering any products less than $1500. I asked for an option of more time to think about purchasing. I was told the prices could go up. I asked for individual pricing and was basically pushed back to packages. I asked about the taxes of $161 that was brushed off. My head was spinning. I just wanted a picture of myself and my daughter. After our zoom ended I cried. $2500 for 9 digital images and a 9 image book. It will take 3 years to pay off and I now need to get a second job to offset this burden. There is zero ***** period for buyers remorse with Enchanted Fairies. Not even 48hrs. Though I did send what is likely a futile email to try make some changes or cancellation since they have not charged affirm at this time. For what was supposed to be a wish come true is now a financial nightmare. My memories of these beautiful images and magical studio experience with my only child are ruined. I am deeply ashamed and embarrassed that I hurt my family this way. I wish I never did this at all I feel like a fool. Please be better to consumers and contest winners.

company pressured my wife into buying a package we could no afford so they talked her into getting a loan. when i found out the same day we tried to cancel but was told we had to make an appointment to talk to the tech department. The soonest appointment they had was three weeks then was told that they have a no cancelation policy now im stuck with a loan for 3600 for 15 photos for the next three years. The whole experience reminds me of a time share. I do not recommend even talking to this company for ant type of photos its a scam. The BBB has alot of complaints against this company... i have contacted an attorney since the company is not will to work with me.

The experience wasn't what was expected but lets get into the details.We got to our appointment on time but had to wait 10 minutes for the photographer to finish up with another family as well as get things ready for our session.I talked to my daughter about her experience with the photographer and was told he said princess smile and she did her best princess smile and the photographer told her without the teeth . (She has a stained tooth from her childhood so the comment made her feel uncomfortable)He mistakenly called my newborn when it was time for his photos to be taken that thing. He apologized but it made me feel awkward during the rest of the shoot . Also didnt have his size in costume even though I was told all sizes would be supplied.. so we had to adjust his costume the whole shoot .Amazing experience as far as a nostalgic memory. But it was too much of a hassle for a single parent of five . Dont think Ill be going back it was not what I expected at all . Just wanted to be honest in case anyone else has had a bad experience.

It started out great. The photographer was amazing with my girls and interacted with them so well. She made my girls smile so big and gave them a very enjoyable time. But afterwards when the Zoom call happened, I was so stressed and upset that I wanted to cry. The sales consultant was bullying me and my fianc into making a purchase after we said multiple times that it was outside of our budget and basically said if we didnt buy any pictures now, we wouldnt be able to at a later date when we could afford it. I said at least 7 times that the prices were too expensive and the consultant really made us feel like we had to purchase something or we would get no pictures of our daughters. And we cant cancel the order due to their no cancellation policy. Youre forced to take out a loan just to afford the photographs. I just want to cancel my order and get the free photo.

This company is completely unprofessional and deceptive. They fail to properly explain their cancellation policy and provide inaccurate pricing information. When I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours, they repeatedly delayed the process by making excuses to postpone the necessary Zoom meeting. Their actions amount to harassment and fraud, and they should be shut down immediately to protect other customers.
