I have been trying to cancel my subscription for monthly coffee Since last month. I have sent them two online contact requests via their website in October. I have emailed them on Sept 30, October 3 and October 31. I cannot reset my password to cancel it online as it is giving me an error that my email isn't recognized. However, they email me every month to let me know my order is processed. I received another email today saying my order is being processed despite contacting them 4 prior times to cancel this subscription. No one responds and there is no phone number on their website to call. I have already contacted my Credit Card asking them not to allow the charge to go through but this company continues to keep my subscription active. I am not sure what else to do in order to have them stop charging my CC every month and to cancel my subscription.
