Continue to receive letters from this address. Stating that they can "adjust" my credit accounts. They list 8 different credit companies, so it blanket affects almost everyone. They give a different 800#: ***** ********. If you call and provide the NOTICE # you're told you'll be removed from their mailings, but they do NOT comply. I will also initiate formal complaint proceedings with the FTC against them. ON LATEST MAILING: Notice: ********* Date: 2023-04-14

Ok, well the scammers are still at it. Today, March 1st 2023...I received "The letter" that everyone has described. Saying their "firm" had recently settled accounts with 8 major lenders which they listed. They said to call their offices at *****"***** within 10 days of receiving this notice regarding the adjustment of my credit accounts. They then go on to say "failure to call and make your monthly payments will likely result in interest accuring on my unsecured credit balance at an unreasonable rate.(in addition, penalties may accrue in the event of unpaid obligations.)" That is word for word from them. Then it has a box that says "Program Estimate' Credit card debt $10,000 est. Settlement amount $5,000 card payments $300 new proposed program payment $174. They then have their hours listed. At the bottom it says " clients if this negotiation company have successfully settled accounts with the named creditor." On top it says Re (lists card co. Names) Negotiations Department then a box with Notice and the # Notice date 2023-02-24 and to contact us and their phone number. Ok, I knew this was be because I have never had a card. Also, there isn't a co. Name the whole letter seems in professional. Oh on the bottom in small letters it says prizm marketing LLC po box **** ******* ***** ***** but the return address without a name is different po box ****** ********** ***** ***** phone ************..notice # W85016539. I am going to start researching these dirt bags and finding out everything I can ...enough is enough!!! We have to do something.

We receive letters at least once a week from "Negotiations Department" for which we have NO credit cards listed on the letter. We've called and asked that they STOP sending these letters only to be hung up on repeatedly.

I received a notice as attached regarding credit card balance. Saying my debt was $28,643 and Estimated settlement amount listed was $14,322. I checked my balance and it is under $2,000. The letter was threatening and scary. If I didn't do a search on the phone number and address and see others have been targeted I may have called the phone number listed.
