They don't pay employees. They mess up constantly and expect the employee to figure it out. They don't answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Have stupid app that half way works. Doesn't check on their clients whatsoever leaves it solely up to employee. The pay doesn't add up. Instead of giving you a managers number they'd rather "I'll have them call you back" but never get a call back. They don't comprehend anything it seems like.Business response

It is our understanding that everything regarding your pay has been resolved and that you plan to rescind this complaint.
We are also aware of the issues with the Texas issued HHA app and the State is working to improve its functionality.
We deeply value the work our employees do to support our clients.Again, I appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and understand that all outstanding issues have been resolved.
