  This company is a third party company hired by the online survey provider ******** Research (********************) to transfer survey participation rewards, in my case money to my bank checking account. The most recent funds have failed to be deposited successfully to my account ($6.00USD) total for two survey participation rewards. The company is now telling me that my account information is wrong, which is false, and that I have to re-register proper bank info. Begrudgingly, I did this on 10 29 2022. It is the same exact info they have had access to these last few years They have been transferring my reward funds since about 10 14 2019 ( for ******** Research) The order # (******** Research) for the first credit reward: ********************* on 10 14 2022 ($3.00USD) The second order #: ********************* placed on 10 28 2022 ($3.00USD). I am contacting you folks because these people have been giving me the run around about these transactions. I am fed up ,annoyed and frustrated that they are NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING!! Any contact I have had with ******** Research They refer me back to XTRM (**************************) also known as Whapps, LLC Now, I realize that the credit amount for 10 28 2022 may be a bit premature in reporting to you, but I have NO FAITH that this transaction will be successful either as it has been one thing after another with this company with their excuses and failure to responsibly respond to my help requests and then to have them BLAME me for their inability to properly maintain/trouble-shoot their system by suggesting that my bank info is wrong when they have been successfully utilizing/transferring funds to that same account for several years. I am at my wits end here and don't know who else to reach out to. Please help?

  Consumer Response /* (2000, 20, 2023/01/02) */ Hello On November 18th 2022 Whapps LLC did indeed transfer my funds in question back to the original company/survey provider ******** Research where the points remain to this day while I work on a way to increase the amount for a survey reward worth redeeming. Thank you for your assistance with this unfortunate incident. As of this writing I consider this case closed, as I am in possession, more or less of my survey funds that were being held by Whapps
