I am writing to bring to your attention a matter concerning a recent automotive repair transaction with OMO FENDER MEN. My vehicle underwent bodywork at their establishment, specifically for a headlight replacement. I had provided an OEM headlight for installation, to which they agreed. Throughout the process, there were numerous complications, necessitating additional parts and labor. Despite my repeated requests for estimates at various stages of the repair process, I was only presented with a total bill upon completion of the work.Furthermore, subsequent to paying the invoiced amount and retrieving my vehicle, it became evident that the front bumper had not been reinstalled correctly. The misalignment is substantial, resulting in visible irregularities and misaligned seams.Upon contacting the body shop to rectify the issue, they have adamantly refused to address the misalignment, placing the onus on me without providing a viable solution.Enclosed with this correspondence are photographs documenting the aforementioned misalignment and associated damages.Given the body shop's unwillingness to remedy the situation, I am left with no recourse but to seek assistance.
