I ordered ten 1-pound bags of coffee from ****** Coffee, which is now part of Farmer Brothers. The order number is 401-3023 on Oct 13, 2023. I received two 5-pound bags of coffee, which was also stale and of poor quality, and also arrived after 3 weeks. I contacted their customer service department on Nov 10 to report that I was not happy with the order and would like to return it for a refund. ******* I talked to said that he would need to check with his supervisor to see how to proceed and would call me back. After a few days with no response, I called back. He advised me that he submitted the request to his supervisor and that they would simply refund the money. I did speak with his supervisor on Dec 11, who informed me that it should be processed and to check back if not. After numerous calls to both he and his supervisor, I've had no refund and now no one is returning my calls. I've also emailed the company on Feb 2 with no response as well.Business response

We ordered coffee from Farmer **** 11/11/2023 and it was charged to **** 11/15/2023. Order# ********* Ship# ********* Product never shipped per tracking provided on Farmer **** own web site. I emailed twice and called ************ four times trying to get the order fulfilled, and then a refund after being told the flavor was discontinued. Last call was with ******* and he explained that the flavor was discontinued, and did not ship. He apologized and promised to process refund for the second time ASAP. It still has not processed and I have wasted enough time trying to get Farmer **** to do their job and process refund. I am requesting the charge to be reversed and credited back to our **** card. I am also requesting complaint be logged to Farmer **** on BBB.
