September 20th 2024 I filed A towing claim with quantum Alliance Insurance. They received a copy of the receipt for $100. They told me on September 20th they sent out a check for $100. I have not received the check. I've had to make over 30 phone calls to them in the past week to find out they're sending me another ************ told me that Monday. Today is Saturday and I still don't have the check.Review from Misty M

We recently switched to Quantum to get a better rate for our vehicles. This has been the worst mistake. We have had to use our roadside assistance tow twice since switching over. For the first claim, they denied reimbursement for the tow but couldn't tell us why. For the second tow claim, it took over 16 days for us to even get a hold of someone to find out any information on our claim. When you call the office they pass you from one voicemail to another or just don't answer at all. The first underwriter we worked with had the worst attitude and I felt like I was bothering her with my questions, like she didn't have time to talk to me about my claim. The second lady was nice but took her forever to respond. Terrible customer service, and terrible business practice. Run, don't walk away from this company. I promise you can find a better company for your insurance.Review from Adib B

I recently experienced a total loss of my vehicle and promptly filed a claim with Redpoint ******************************* (Quantum Alliance). Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the handling of my claim.The initial settlement offer provided took an unreasonably long time to process and was significantly below the market value of my vehicle, with a 46% discrepancy.In response, I submitted a counteroffer supported by detailed, including listings for comparable vehicles. However, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from my assigned claims adjuster, despite multiple attempts to establish communication.As a student, the ongoing financial strain from rental car expenses has been significant. The lack of communication and delay in resolving this matter have compounded my stress considerably. Urgent attention is required to address this situation.Review from Celika R

Had to deal with this company due to their insured rear ending me at a red light. THE WORST insurance company I have ever had to deal with. They answer the phones with,Thank you for calling ******** laughing and hanging up. They do not answer your calls when your number comes up on caller ID. Do not return messages or emails from a client or an insurance company. It is impossible to get their cooperation. WORST COMPANY EVER!!Review from Dwayne M

This company does not follow through is providing the services stated in it's policy coverage. It seeks to under pay for services stated. Companies like this make doing business such a untrustworthy state of affairs in today's society. Very disheartening for a working class person.
