Seems like Nissan regardless of the dealership owner have a policy for ***** UP the customer, and TAKE THEIR MONEY, they know all the details of the cars when they are used or preowned, but they wont disclose, in my case the report reads balanced 4 tires, I highly doubt they did any other inspection on the car systems, nothing but the obvious, to make it look pretty , On a 6 miles test drive you can not find most of the serious issues. What I found was a bent rim (****** if you find it oem) they did a good job hiding and it wasn't disclose on the document, and lets see what else is going to show up. I called the number that i have, appealing to good faith business practices and Nissan good name and i found just an rude and arrogant salesman that hung up on me when I asked to talk to his manager. He said he did "DO me a favor" delivering the vehicle which he offered I did not ask for it, he wanted to complete the sale. Among the paperwork is the AS IS page which also they would not tell you that you ARE NOT obligated to sign. I just learn that talking to a another used car dealer, My Advise: DO NOT SIGN AS IS, even better DO NOT BUY AT NISSAN ROUND ROCK, do not buy Nissan at all. Also the carfax says 1 owner but (my bad for not paying attention) it shows it was sold to someone that only kept it for perhaps couple of days or even hours, who knows. So, people, pay extreme attention to the process, the salesman will make the process unnecessarily long just to get you tired, and easy to manipulate. PAY ATTENTION Nissan round is there to take your money, once you sign documents, they are not willing to work with you.

***************************** is the Sales Manager and is awful because he had no interest in helping me. I bought a car from ***** about 3 months ago and during the test drive ***** had mentioned the power steering was going to be fixed, because the test drive to me was so awful. I could barely turn the steering wheel. I signed the lease and ***** explained that I could pick up the car after the power steering was "fixed". It was never fixed, it was given a bandaid and now that the power steering fluid has leaked so much, the mechanical board is fried. ***************************** said they had no record of them doing anything about the power steering and me having to wait to pick it up. I told him he should probably speak to his employee and get his story straight because this isn't fair to have a vehicle for 3 months, then get a bill for 5k to fix everything, and saying you owe at least 2k to just get it running again. This car was a lemon and they had no care in the world that I'm a single mom and I broke down in the middle of doing a delivery from one of the 4 jobs I have. I need a vehicle and they had no care at all, no sympathy, empathy, not a care in the world that they are leaving someone without a car and in such a bind after there own vehicle failed me.

I came up there for a free oil change and got charged for unnecessary service. Cost me $350.00. For no reason. Employee did not go over charges before I signed the paper. I pay for a warranty and the oil change was supposed to be free.

We purchased a nearly new Nissan Leaf from the Round Rock Nissan dealership at the end of October; our salesperson was ***** and our finance person was *****. *****************************, the sales manager, agreed to a certain amount after negotiating, then they stealthily added items such as "tinting charge" without actually tinting the windows in order to increase the principal amount and make up the amount they had lost in negotiations. When I approached them they refused to give me a refund and claimed the loan amount was fixed and could not be changed, but when I disputed the extra charges with my credit card company, they added those charges to the loan. I really don't appreciate them cheating and taking advantage of us like that. I recommend staying away from this dealership.

Hi **************, I apologize for any uncertainty you have regarding your purchase. After notifying us with your concern, we reviewed your file in good faith to look for any inaccuracy that would support the misunderstanding. As provided to you, and your credit card company in response to your dispute, the agreement for the added accessory remained consistent throughout all of the paperwork you reviewed, and signed with us during your visit. We value you as a client, and certainly didn't intend for you to be disappointed with your experience. If there's anything i can help with in the future to regain your confidence, please reach out to me. Sincerely.

You can ask the used car sales manager for a copy of the final offer, in which he and I agreed to $26000 + taxes and fees. My girlfriend was there as well, and she can attest to the fact that, other than taxes and fees, the final offer price was $26000, not $26299, and tinting was never mentioned, either verbally or on paper. If ***** or the used sales manager produced offers with the tinting charge, those are simply not the offers I was given. My budget was $25000. ***** went to talk to the used sales manager, who then approached me and we negotiated and shook hands on $26000. I would have refused if the offer had stayed above $26000. In my opinion, hurting Round Rock Nissan's reputation and ensuring customers never come back for service or to buy a car in the future is not worth recouping the money lost in negotiations.
