Large Back Window of our house is under warranty and quickly went bad and was faulty, window needed replacement.I have followed up countless times only to get the runaround and people have since left the company that were supposed to be handling the problem in the first place.The were unable to get the right window (due to covid, which is no longer a valid excuse) and everytime I call, I either get no response or a bad one. I want my window replaced under warranty before I take further action.Business response
