Purchase a new tractor back in July from them drove 5.5 hours to pick it up when I got there the trim panel inside the cab was damaged by there guys. They told me they would ship me a new trim panel when they got it. I check on the part but communication was bad with no reply back most of the time or I would get I'll check on it but hear nothing back. Finally after a few months they sent my the wrong part. I call a number of times try to get them on the phone to fix the problem. Could not get them to talk to me or return phone calls. Sent salesman a email no reply. I just like the part I was promised by **** one of the co-ownerBusiness response

I just like the part I was promised by **** one of the co-owner. Update after filing the 1st BBB complaint the dealer call me and told me they would send me the right part this was on December 15, 2021. They sent me the wrong part. Was told they would get me the right part. After waiting with no updates or contact from them. I text on July 6, 2022 and asked about the replacement part to replace the part they sent to me that was wrong. They didn't even remember it. Then on July 7, 2022 get a text telling me that the owner *** says they sent part out and they or not sending any part to me. I even reminded them that they sent the wrong part to me. That still in the box waiting to be exchanged for the right part that they screwed up on. Now they refuse to honor the agreement we made when I picked up the tractor and after filing the 1st complaint. And have flat out lied about replacing the inside fender trim panel.
I just want what was promised by **** on the day I picked it up. The fender trim cover panel replacement part sent to me.
