The receptionist told me a different time than what she scheduled the appointment for. They then charged me $75 after admitting it was their miscommunication.Business response

Hello,
I have spoken to the customer and we have resolved the issue. The office manager was not in at the time of the cancellation of the appointment and the customer wanted a resolution to the cancellation policy right then. The office Manager spoke to her the following day and explained that she is the only one who can make exceptions to our policies and procedures, which is why it was handled the following day. The client was very much aware of our cancellation policy but she thought the appointment was at a different time than it was. I refunded client the cancellation fee and told her next time there will be a charge if she comes back.
