Agent and website kept pushing if I use their services they will rebate $500 been at *********** over 90 days and resolution on the rebate. I get no answers from anybody flase advertising I need them to reach out to me to resolve. Apologies for the address as the website doesn't have an address, also no NMLS ID on the site or agents emails which needs to be provided per NMLS.Business response

Thanks for reaching out. The property has not paid the referral fee which is why rebate has not been issued. Attached is the response from the property. We sent the the email from the property manager. We will continue to follow up with property and if you could ask the property as well that would be helpful to expedite the process. If together we do those two things with no results we can approve a rebate w/o receiving the referral fee. The rebate comes from the referral fee from the property which at this point is $0.
We will continue to update date you in our efforts to collect payment and please let us know if you reach out to the property.
