August 22, 2024 I originally went to this place on ***************************************************** Room #*** and I was tricked and pressured to buy.The next thing I know is that I realized I was tricked into being charged 2400 for 2 products and a service for 6 fat freezes on the stomach that I highly doubt would work. The salesman ***** took advantage of my vulnerability. He also didn't want to show me before and after pictures of clients as proof. When I got home, the products were flimsy and cheap. One of products was already open..i tried it and it burned me...They sell them on Temu for ***** dollars on Temu. The other device is sold on a fishy website that's listed for ***** dollars. This is the website:*************************** fishy company called "***********" is selling that chin device for ***** that they have at their business salon. The actual product is sold on macys for 76 dollars. This is the link to macys selling the exact same item but without the Empire Tech logo...it's the exact same product. Salesman ***** says the device is **** state of the art and Worth that amount. ***** sells the same product but 90 percent cheaper in price. ************************ ******************************************************************************** I informed care credit that ***** the salesman refused to refund me the 2400 he charged ****** not happy with their phony products. He won't refund me. I don't want to get their services, but he says too bad, that there's nothing he can do. I told him the products are sold elsewhere for a fraction of what he's charging!!Business response
