      On April 30, 2024, I took my car into the Wash Tub to have it washed and the carpets shampooed. My car was brought back to me with the Left Quarter Wheel Opening Flare missing and the Liftgate Spoiler broken (the spoiler has one of my brake lights in it). After trying to work with the manager at the ********** location, where the damage occurred, to come to a resolution, I ended up having to go through my insurance. The total cost for repairs and new parts was $1,173. They did not offer an apology or refund for the service which cost $158. The Wash Tub handled the situation with a lack of integrity and honesty that was astounding. They were given multiple chances to tell the truth about the damage that they caused. Do not be fooled by their website that describes them as "our employees display that work ethic and integrity each and every day." From the treatment, I received these are just empty words. I sent a private complaint to the company a month ago and have not heard back.

      That was the worst cleaning I've ever had and was then promised a coupon in the mail and received nothing,will never use or recommend this place paid for the best and got the worst,

      I just paid $179.00 for a wash and detail. Someone broke my bug deflector. The employees tried to fix it, but looked really bad. At no time did a manager acknowledge the damage nor apologized for the damage. The employees said they were sorry, but never any management. I am going to have to replace the deflector because it looks very bad now.

      Worse Management/service experience ever - I took my ****** Tundra to have an exterior wash/clean and interior detail on 10/16 at around 11:45am. I was given a 2-hr time window for completion of services, which isn't what I am upset about. Once I was alerted that my vehicle was ready, around 2:30 pm, I conducted a walkaround of my truck and found damage done to my rear bumper cover. The management team tried to state that the damage was pre-existing and there was nothing found on the camera footage. However, they were able to locate the corner cover to my rear bumper in their drive-thru car wash, hand me the broken corner cover, and still try to tell me that it wasn't their fault. I tried telling the management team the cover brackets was clearly broken and it could not be re-attached. She did not listen and spent over 10 minutes trying to place it back on my rear bumper. If the brackets are broken, the cover will not stay on!!! They were also able to produce a photo of my rear bumper, showing the cover was still intact and attached to my rear bumper. They continue to say my truck had "pre-existing damage". How can you say my vehicle has pre-existing damage and show me proof on your security camera showing that my rear bumper cover is attached to my truck??? I have called their office multiple times with no attempt to a solution since having damage done to my vehicle. I paid $120 for a service to walk out having $415 in damages/parts alone.

      I went to the Wash Tub off Nagadoches/****** on Tuesday at approximately ****. I had thrown my head lamp inside my vehicle from running that morning, but didnt think anything of it. Not only did an employee take that, they went inside the bed of my truck and stole my ear protection/eye protection out of my bag. I believe it was easily accessible because it was at the entrance to my truck bed. Problem is, they have no reason to open the bed of my truck. It might have been because they realized I was military, so they figured I would have some gear. I was getting a normal car wash. In all my time coming there, Ive never had someone steal my stuff, so Im figuring the employee must be new. I plan to cancel my car wash subscription today, and its really saddening that you cannot trust ppl to respect your property and just do their job.

      Took my Cadillac XT5 2022 to the wash tub at **** and Culebra I asked them to have the leather wipe down on the seats and when I got my vehicle back they had sprayed armor all all over my car and on the weather floor mats which made it slippery until this day we have to be very careful how we get out or get in because we keep slipping so I took my car back and let them know that I wanted them to clean the floor mats because they were full of ****** and very slippery and had turn black so they took my car back and the guy re-sprayed my entire vehicle with Amor All inside and there is significant damage to my vehicle also my prescription glasses disappeared from my car that day this is unacceptable this is a brand new car and as you can see in the pictures the damage that was done to my vehicle. Dont know how to upload pictures but I definitely will not be going back to any of the washtubs again.

      The wash tub corporate office is being prejudiced and is discriminating against limousine companies. For 17 years I have purchased a annual washtub pass and I paid the regular price as everyone else Has. This year they want to charge me more than double the price than what everybody else is paying. The regular price is $340 for renewal and they want to charge me $720. That is unethical. They don't even do a good job. I have called corporate and asked to talk to ******* , which is the operations manager and, as of yet he has not responded to the voice messages, I left him.I've called him multiple times with no response. The only person that has call me back is ***, which is the district manager to a different area that we hardly visit. So if you want to be overcharged, or get an over priced membership to the washtub and get subpar workmanship, then this would be the right place. Oh and by the way, The corporate office has horrible customer service. Talking about *******. He can't even return a call to a 17 year loyal customer. If there was another car wash that was near me, I would definitely go somewhere else. But unfortunately, there isn't, and I have to go to the washtub to get my vehicle washed. Don't any other Car washes near me that have annual membership where they wash the car for you. So for now I'm going to have to settle for crappy service and pay a lot of money for it ni modo. Gotta do what I gotta do right?
