I received either a phone call or something on my computer telling me I could get or that I needed computer protection from Digitronics. The representatives are all foreign. I was told I was getting three years of protection. I was told to make a check out to ********************* I was told to mail it to ******************** at *******************************************************. I dated the check 8.18.23. In the middle of my computer there was a plus sign, and they said they would remove it - it bounced back and forth between Michigan 1 and Michigan 2. I think he put a business code in. I asked for help getting my doctor's information because she had given me a code to use to see my chart online, but he didn't help me with it. He told me to use code ****, but that's not my code. On November 8th, I gave up and told ********** wanted to cancel. He told me I had to talk to *****. I told ***** that I had given all of my internet equipment back to AT & T, and that I asked for a refund. ***** said there is not stipulation in your contract for a refund. I said I don't have a contract. He said: "there are no refunds, if you get on your computer right now, I'll help you". I told him again that everything had been returned to AT & T, and that I have no internet. He said that I have other lines. I told him I don't. he insisted he wasn't going to give me a refund. I told him that he had screwed me as as he never took off the plus sign on my computer, I don't even know what it stands for. I never had phone calls with +1 before, now I get them all the time. There was a button on my computer labeled "Digitronics", and I could push the button, and someone would come on. I talked to ***** a lot. I have cataracts and my eyes aren't good, everything gets blurry.Business response

We are denying this Complaint. First thing we accept payments with the merchant name Digitronics LLC. We don't have any idea who is ********************. As per the complaint she said that she sent a check to ******* **. Our Business is located in *********** **. We don't have any other branch. We always believe customer satisfaction is our top priority and we do have a refund policy as well you can find the link below for the same.
