      I returned product ( custom jerseys) that I thought were incorrectly designed and produced. Gear Team Apparel indicated that the error was user error, (meaning mine) but the returned uniforms were never returned to me, and no refund was given after multiple attempts. I have paid for product that was returned and no credit was issued. At the very least I should get the incorrect jerseys returned

      The jerseys he designed were delivered correctly. He returned them to a closed champro warehouse and no one monitors that address. I did not approve a refund since he did not get return authorization from us.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Unless the Champro shipping warehouse closed between the time the product was shipped to me and the return of the package ( less than 1 week ) that was a false statement. I returned the jersey's that I had initially thought to be incorrect to the exact address they were shipped from. "Unmanned" also appears to be a false statement , because ***** signed for them on 09/01/2023. Again seeking resolution in the form of a refund or simply return the jerseys that I have paid for. Currently I have paid for product that I do not have.

      This is the second complaint I have find concerning my order. In the first complaint they acknowledged the issue and committed to resolving it. The original issue was concerning the uniforms being made in an incorrect color. They had told me they would refund 25% on one set of uniforms and would remake the other set. They did not do either of this, so I filed the first complaint. Once I filed the complaint, they committed to resolve it. They refunded the 25% for one set of uniforms and told me I would receive the other set of uniforms the following week. They communicated they were in production and now the last several emails they say they cannot get a response from there factory. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I would like to get delivery of the uniforms or a complete refund for the 2nd set of uniforms. I am satisfied with the partial refund on the 1st set of uniforms.

      The end of the week has come and gone, and I have not been contacted. I have not received any uniforms, nor have I received a partial refund that they did I would receive.
