I ordered the dress online on March 18 2024. I paid ****** and 24$ was shipping regular fed ex delivery. When you select the color, the dress appears and then you select the size you are looking to purchase. I liked the blue dress; the picture shows it has orange pink yellow green and red ribbons on it. The dress color is the only one missing in my dance group and so I would look perfect in our presentation. I received an email shortly after I placed it . The email said WHATS INSIDE and the picture of the dress was on it as you can see the email thread I included in this complaint etc. I received the dress by the end of the week on March 22 but I realized it was the wrong color dress. I thought they sent me a light blue dress because the ribbons were light colors (different). This dress has green, yellow, blue, orange and baby pink. I emailed them saying that this was the second time ordering with them and them sending me the wrong color. I asked them if they could send me the blue dress that has red ribbons on it like the picture on my receipt. They requested a picture of what I received. Once they received the picture they emailed me and said that the dress I received was the one I ordered on the website and the only blue they carry. I emailed them back once more and wanted to confirm that the dress that they are showing on their website and on my electronic receipt is not a dress they carry. Someone called me soon after. The lady basically said that they have no control over what dress their factory sends out when you make the purchase. I told them that it was not right for them to use this dress on the website if they dont carry that color / ribbons. The lady just kept repeating herself stating that they have no control over that. She did not try to fix it by offering to replace the dress whatsoever. I told the lady that there needs to be disclaimer that the dress someone sees on the website is not guaranteed. I would like a replacement dress, free of charge expedited shipping.I was supposed to wear this dress this coming Sunday for a parade in town. I would accept a different color (black, red). This company needs a disclaimer somewhere for future customers. **************************************************************Business response

We do apologize for any inconvenience that this caused the customer. We have recently updated our website to disclose policy on the dress. This policy can also be located on our catalog which has always been available online for our customers to see. The customer was, however, informed the dress may be returned. She has yet to return the dress. We will gladly give her monies back; however we do need the dress to be returned in order to do so.
