****, the company owner, came to level my double-wide towards the end of July. Soon after his crew finished their work, I noticed some separation between the halves. Rather than come to inspect and fix it, he suggested I caulk the gap. Since then, the separation has widened. I've sent countless text messages to him, which he has read. He responded a couple of times, saying he would "try" to come by. This suggested to me that he understood the situation and would fix it. Then, he stopped responding.I spent $800 on this specific project, and it's still not right. The contractor refuses to come and fix the problem.
