      Not much better than dial up. Terrible customer service. Constant buffering. Being charged a premium price for subpar performance. Wouldnt recommend this IP to anyone.

      Worst customer service. No one answers the phone and no one answers ********* voicemail either. They do however take your money every month without fail

      Horrible internet service. Very frequently they have service failures and slow internet. Worst part is customer service. NOBODY ever calls you back if you leave a voicemail or text message. The money sure is withdrawn on time every month. That is the only thing reliable with Ziplink.

      This company has the worst customer service of any entity that I have ever encountered! I lost internet access on Friday, Sept. 30th and began calling DAILY the 3 numbers I had: the 800 number, a local support number and a sales number. I did not hear from anyone until 5 days later when a tech called and came out to my house. After over an hour, he announced that he couldn't find the problem and would send another tech out that same day, Tuesday, Oct. 4th. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN! I left messages daily for the next 6 days when I finally arranged for another server and emailed the company to come pick up their equipment. THEY RESPONDED IN AN EMAIL THE NEXT DAY (Tuesday, Oct. 11th) asking for a date/time to pick up their equipment! By the way, they had debited my checking account on Oct. 4th for the $74.99 payment for October which I am demanding be refunded since I HAD NO SERVICE IN OCTOBER!*******************************

      I think this is a false review because you have to at least choose one star. Have had off and on internet with this company for 6 months now. If you call the support number, you will NEVER speak to anyone. The support tickets sit for days before or if anyone responds. If they do come out which they have probably 4 times now. It will work for a day or two and then everything starts all over. I pay for a 25 mbps line but speed tests barely make a 8/2 down/up speed. There's always an excuse, new housing, trees have grown, the sun has come out as to why it doesn't work. I understand the obstacles but if you can't provide the service say so. Problem is the fiber companies are "restricted" and the wifi companies lack the infrastructure. Bad combination that my dial up in college was more effective then what I get today.

      5 days without internet and cannot get any response from ziplink whatsoever. Ive called at least 20 times and left voicemails, sent emails to the 24/7 support and have yet to receive a response. This is not the first time that this has happened. Last time we were without internet for 4 days and it was finally restored, though I still did not receive any correspondence back to any of my calls or emails. They customer service is a joke and I cannot wait until we have another internet option in our area. Spectrum fiber internet is getting closer to our area and the day it is available, is the day I dump ziplink. I dont understand how they have an A rating. Id give them zero stars if I could.

      The internet service is good but you can never get anyone to answer the phone, return messages, or reply to emails.

      I really wish this wasn't the only internet option in my area. I hate that they charge $100 for 50/20, and its not even close to that on good days. Why are they charging so much for such slow speeds. If this was an area that had other providers Like Google Fiber/Att/ or literally anything else I would switch. Then at least I would get more upload/download for a reasonable price.

      We have been without internet service now for 2 days. We have opened a ticket, we have called multiple times and get an answering service to leave a message. We are paying for a service and at this time we are getting it. I do not understand the lack of communication at all.
