  Date of mobile service occurred on 8-17-2022 to get my F550 Motorhome started. He came out and was unable to get the truck started. **** (owner-technician) then told me the starter was faulty and told me to get to purchase a new starter which cost me $450 for the part and then another $400 to install. After installation of new starter **** then told me my batteries were bad and advised me to also get brand new batteries although my truck is less than 1.5 years old and with less than 6k on truck. He also charged me $350 for the original visit, thus a total of $1,300 and he never started my truck only pointed things out that were perfectly fine. After he was unable to get my truck started I then called another shop that had planned on towing truck to get all these items tested and replaced. New tow truck driver upon his arrival was able to instantly jump and start the truck immediately. I was told by tow truck operator who started my truck to ********** Parts store to test the starter only to find out the starter was perfectly fine and nothing wrong. In addition he said my batteries were perfectly fine and truck now works perfectly fine with no new batteries needed. I was completely scammed and this issue will be elevated with authorities, complete fraud.
