I booked a room at Flex Studios for 2 nights paying $135.78 which included a $20 deposit. ***** said $20 deposit would be refunded after check out. I Continued staying more nights and checked out Dec2. I have called Flex studios speaking with ******* and manager only to be told to call my bank. They refuse to tell me what are the last four numbers of the debit card they sent the $20 *************** states refund would be sent to card used that paid deposit. Manager refuses to cooperate and it is now 16 days since I checked out with no refund. I have exhausted my efforts in trying to get Flex Studios to comply with their policy to refund the deposit. I am asking for assistance in getting Flex Studios to refund deposit. The manager refuses to give any information and hangs up on my phone calls.
